Black Issues in Computing Education Symposium 2024

Welcome to BICE 2024!
The Black Issues in Computing Education (BICE) Symposium is the premier venue for research on innovation, challenges, and best practices as it relates to Blacks in postsecondary computing education. The first instance of this symposium will be guided by our theme, “Navigating through a Sea of Change.” The in-person conference will be held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, with opportunities for attendees and presenters to participate in sessions, networking, and collaborative discussions. The meeting venue is the Renaissance Santo Domingo Jaragua Hotel & Casino. We have reserved a block of rooms at a room rate of $144.00/night (double rooms are $148/night).
